The 16″ Banded Daffodil has masses of daffodils in full bloom. The calming influence of the horizontal border rows keeps the exuberance of the flowers in check. Warm tones of yellow, amber and green give the piece a friendly glow. Fracture glass was used for the background of the shade. This example was created in 2014 for a North Carolina client and is shown on the highly detailed Cereus base (with arms).
