Peacocks were a constant inspiration for Tiffany Studios and appeared in numerous windows, mosaics, and lamp patterns. In 2012, we created this highly detailed Peacock window as a showroom piece. A proud peacock rests on a balustrade overlooking a bay. Wisteria and colorful foliage frame the view. The tail of the peacock is made from lustre glass, so the piece shimmers at night when the light is reflected off the surface of the window. This colorful window is approximately 40″ tall and is now in a private local collection.
