The 18″ Clematis shade is a favorite Tiffany shade pattern and is an ideal vehicle to use exciting blue glasses in profusion. The non-repeating pattern presents a clustered mass of clematis flowers covering the surface of the shade. For this example, the flowers are a lively mix of textured, streaky, mottled and striated glasses in light and dark blues. The flowers intermingle against a blended background of green and light amber.
Commissioned by a client in Ohio, the shade is perfectly mated with the elegant Library base (22.5″ tall).
