The 16″ Peacock Feather is a boldly conceived Tiffany shade design combining a naturalistic feather pattern with the repetitive symmetry of a geometric shade. The strong amber tone at the top of the shade quickly shifts through emerald green and then to blue. These colors are reflected in the peacock “eyes” that encircle the lower portion of the shade. The playful coloration of the finished piece is bold, yet subtly modulated. The shade was created for a California client in 2018 and is shown on the Flower Petal (Short w/Arm Support) base.
