At Century Studios we create pieces in the order they were commissioned. Occasionally we have two of the same shade designs ordered one after another or ordered as a pair, but this is the first time we have had three shades in a row being created for three different clients. The coloration for this 16″ Dragonfly shade is light and airy, with a pale green and yellow mix for the main body of the shade. In keeping with the lightness of the shade, the dragonflies are a gentle purple tone. The shade was commissioned by a client in Connecticut and is shown on the Short Flower Petal base (17″ tall).
