Stuffed to bursting with beautiful blooms, the 16″ Tulip Field is a garden of springtime delights. Lush green leaves fill the lower half of the shade with sturdy flower stems reaching upwards from rich garden soil. The upper portion of this extravagant design presents masses of flowers clustered together with almost no sky peeking through.
Bill Campbell chose a bold color pallet for the flowers that deftly shifts from deep red town to light pink and peach. Much time and patience was taken so that each flower in the crowded field had a singular look.
Shown on the Lummis base (19″ tall), this lamp is now in a private collection in Connecticut.
