The 18″ Oriental Poppy is one of our favorite Tiffany Studios floral lamp designs. The poppies interact with one another in a vibrant dance, each bloom pulsing with individuality and life. Deep red flowers, tinged with orange, yellow and blue spring from the rich soil at the bottom of the shade to shine against the blue and purple sky at the top. The four green horizontal borders provide a visual structure that keeps the design from becoming unruly. Commissioned by a client in England, the shade is shown on the Ribbed base.
