Like many flowering trees, the dogwood was a favorite subject for Tiffany lamps and windows. The 22″ Dogwood is generously proportioned, with large flowers are set against multiple horizontal rows which give the design structure and suggest an architectural framework. We created this shade in 2016 as a studio showroom piece and it is now in a private local collection. Springtime colors blend in a lively mix with pink and white flowers set against a multicolored blue background. The numerous border rows were selected from a variety of glasses that add color and texture to the shade. The shade is shown on the Perforated base (26″ tall, telescopes taller).
