We have featured this 16″ Dragonfly shade in a previous blog posting, but only recently completed this Pond Lily – Pottery & Bronze base. The base and shade perfectly compliment each other. The bronze portions for the Pond Lily base are created in our studio using molds taken from an original Tiffany Studios example, and represent one of the earliest lamp base designs offered by Tiffany Studios.
Created to our specifications by Ephraim Faience Pottery, the blue and purple glaze colors of the pottery insert mimic the colors of this lustrous shade. The red-eyed dragonflies skim the surface of this shimmering shade with its cool, watery tones of blue and green.
