Commissioned by a client in New York, this 18″ Oak Leaf shade gives a sense of classicism. Generously proportioned at 18″ across, the pattern is equal parts geometric and organic designs. The oak leaves and acorns are arranged in formal vignettes around the shade, swirling into one another. The symmetry of the design gives this shade a relaxed, rather than frenetic feeling.
The shade is shown on the Budding Urn pottery base, which adds to the overall classic look of the lamp.
